Question 1: What types of cars do you buy?
Answer: We buy all types of cars.
From 1–1.5 lakh taka up to 2–3 crore taka — we purchase any car.
However, the price depends on the brand, model, registration, and condition of the vehicle.

Question 2: Is there any cost for the car inspection/service?
Answer: No, this service is completely free.
There are no hidden charges.
Before visiting the car, we only collect photos and some necessary information about the vehicle.

Question 3: How do you determine the initial price offer?
Answer: The car’s price depends on:
Brand name, model year, registration year, mileage, color, chassis & body condition, headlight & backlight, front & rear windshield, interior and exterior.

Question 5: What if my car has minor damage or small issues?
Answer: We consider cars with minor damages as well.
Please provide all details during Step 2 so that we can make an accurate assessment during inspection.

Question 6: What documents do I need to sell my car?
Answer:

1. Car Fitness & Tax Token papers

2. Vehicle Ownership Smart Card / Slip

3. Owner’s National ID Card

4. Owner’s TIN Certificate

5. Two passport-size photos of the owner

Question 7: How quickly will I receive the payment after selling my car?
Answer: Initially, we will provide the booking/token money.
The remaining full payment will be made immediately in cash or through bank transfer.

Question 8: Can I sell a car that still has installment or loan payments due?
Answer: Yes, you can — but it depends on the situation and the remaining loan amount.

Question 9: Do I need to clean or prepare my car before the inspection?
Answer: While a clean car looks better, it is not mandatory.
Our supervisor will mainly evaluate the mechanical and structural condition of the car during the initial inspection.

Question 1: Can I test-drive the car before buying?
Answer: Yes, absolutely! A test drive is an essential part of the buying process. We encourage you to drive the car to ensure it meets your expectations.

Question 2: Can I have the car inspected by my own mechanic?
Answer: Yes, we highly recommend and welcome an independent inspection by your trusted mechanic.
Please inform us in advance so we can arrange it properly.

Question 3: How do I know the price is fair (Step 4)?
Answer: We try to offer competitive pricing based on the car’s condition, mileage, and current market value.
You can verify this yourself anytime.

Question 4: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We primarily accept cash and bank transfers.
During discussions, you may talk to us about your preferred payment option.

Question 5: Do you assist with car registration and ownership transfer?
Answer: Yes, we can guide you with the necessary paperwork for car registration and ownership transfer to ensure a smooth process.

Question 6: What happens if I don’t find the exact car I want in your current stock?
Answer: Through our strong network—Alhamdulillah—we can arrange the car for you.
This usually takes 2–5 days.

Question 7: Are the cars inspected before you sell them?
Answer: Yes, all the cars in our stock go through a comprehensive inspection to ensure quality and roadworthiness.
